The City of God Bible Art Mural Project brings together the Anglican Parish of Christ the King in the City of God in Rio de Janeiro, international mural artist Joel Bergner and local people. In 2010 and 2011 we produced murals of the Garden of Eden, the Last Supper and the New Jerusalem. In 2013 the project takes to the streets to produce two murals for Prophets' Square and Easter Square. Follow the adventure here over the coming days...

Rain stops play
It's Saturday and Joel has the chance to begin working on the detailing of the murals without the young people to teach. But torrential rain has put a stop to his plans and precious time is lost. We only have six more days to get things finished.
